How to patch the original Language_zh_TW.properties file?

Hi, everyone:
There is an issue needing to consult:
I'm using Liferay Portal Community Edition 6.0.5 Bundled with GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 3.0.1. I had extracted the Language_zh_TW.properties file from portal-impl.jar file and took a look at the file. Because I found many "Automatic Translation" fragments in the original Language_zh_TW.properties file, so I supposed that the Liferay built-in traditional Chinese interface is very ugly.
I want to replace the original Language_zh_TW.properties file with the file downloaded from one of the following URL's:
1. http://translate.liferay.com/pootle/zh_TW/portal/
2. https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/blob/master/portal-impl/src/content/Language_zh_TW.properties
3. http://svn.liferay.com/repos/public/portal/trunk/portal-impl/src/content/Language_zh_TW.properties
Would anyone please give me some hints about patching the original Language_zh_TW.properties file? Your help is highly appreciated, thank you very much.
