'Define Permissions' is blank

Am using Liferay EE 6.1 trial version.

I want to add role to a particular organisation. But, to define the permissions, 'Define Permissions' is blank.

This is related to this problem but doesn't give any solution.

Below is the exception that I get when I click on Define Permissions,

Thanks Pankaj.

But, it turned out that the problem was with unzipping the liferay bundle. Later I properly extracted Liferay bundle using 7 zip and it started working.
