I have following problem: I had a page, which had two portlets. Then I deleted one portled from the filesystem (in the tomcat folder). Now I get errors in the console because the deleted portlet can't be found. Can I configure this in the admin-gui or do I have to delete it from the database so that the error message doesn't appear anymore?

Can you delete the portlet from the page? It looks like the portlet was not unregistered properly.

You should be able to disable certain portlets from loading by using the Admin portlet. However, I think that's bugged currently; Try disabling whatever portlet plugin from your Enterprise Admin portlet - under the Plug in tab. Changing settings in the GUI should trump having to locate and delete things from the database. Let us know if this helps at all.

I do have that too, removing it from the database is an option. I don't know the exact table by head.
