Set Arabic as default locale for site

Dears,

I want to set custom language ar_SA as my default language.

I know I can set it through XYZSite> Site Settings > Display Settings > Custom Language and set Saudi Arabic as default language.

What I want is when I hit my url i.e www.xyz.com, it should by default show me Arabic landing page.

I have two sites under liferay portal. One is main site for the company and another is HR site.

This change should be for main site only and not for HR site.

How can I achieve the same ? Please help.

PS: If I make changes in user_ table, make default user languageId to ar_SA, it will change complete portal default language. I dont want to do that.
