Help ! How can I use a workflow with custom portlets ?

Hello,

I I would like to create a workflow on Liferay 6.2 after creating my custom portlets, but how to do that ?
I explain the process :

1) The worker creates a new collaborator into a custom portlet. When he saves, this will generate automatically an email to the manager.
2) The manager receives the email and go to connect on the portal. After checking the new collaborator, he can validate or refuse the creation (if there are mistakes for example). If he refuses, return to 1). If he validates, next step.
3) The manager creates access rights for the new collaborator.
4) The new collaborator is completed. Workflow terminated.

Voila.
But I have no idea how to build that.
Can anyone help me ?

Above example makes use of Liferay 6.1 but you can use this as reference.

You can use this portlet generator: http://xmlportletfactory.org. After adding a simple xml element it will create all the needed code.

I tried your link Juan, but is it running with Liferay 6.2 ? I don't have the impression... Or I certainely do something bad...
