IE 9 browser settings

Ia there any recommended settings needed on IE 9 for LR 6.2 GA2 CE to work. I notice that some of the functionalities doesn't work as expected on some IE 9 browsers.

6.2 themes are based off of bootstrap (media queries). You'll have to spend time tweaking the theme to get ie9 to work. You may want to give compatibility mode a try, sometimes that does fix some things.

I hear MS is going to change the name of IE to get away from the abhorrent reputation that it has... Things like what you're seeing in IE9 is the reason for the 'abhorrence'

on some of the IE 9 browsers, the doc lib menus like Add / Sort etc don't work, but on other box using same IE 9, it works. Funny thing is, when the user clicks on a doc to view the details, the Download, Edit, Move etc buttons on the top disappears and its not visible at all....but the same works on some IE 9 browsers...

So I am puzzled and want to know if any IE 9 specific settings need to be included in our documentation.

I noticed a pattern where the Monitors of certain size didn't have an issue, but the smaller monitors have this issue....IE9 versions are same on all of them.

I know its strange, but thats what am seeing

Changed the monitors having the issue with bigger monitors and issue is same.
