Liferay CE cluster max node limitation

Do we have any limitation on the number of nodes supported for Liferay 6.2 CE?

I have a 3 node cluster which works perfectly fine but if i try to add one more node to this cluster, then the first node goes down.

should i need to get any license to add additional node.

Please clarify.

CE doesn't use licensing.

Check the logs on node 1 to see what it is reporting when it shuts down.

Are you hosting all your nodes on the same machine? Could it be that you are exhausting your system resources? I can tell you that I am using 6.2 CE with a 5 node liferay cluster right now and there are no issues with nodes shutting down on my side.
