Single page options missing

Hi folks,

Need some help to understand why the page options (SEO, Look and Feel, ...) in my sites, are missing.

The server version is LR 6.1 GA3 EE.

Check the error logs , there must be something wrong in some of jsp due to which other jsps are also not getting included.

I was able to identify in portal-ext that the property sites.control.panel.members.visible was set to false.

But even after remove that property and restarted the tomcat the result still the same
