Pretty much everything except the portal.
Not sure what list you're looking at, but many of them are not necessary unless you need the functionality. Sometimes there's interdependencies so you can't get rid of a dependency without getting rid of the dependent, i.e. you can't keep the welcome theme but delete the resource importer.
