Users and Organizations list cannot see/edit

Hello,
I am using liferay-portal-6.1.0-ce-ga1, I faced strange issue that i cannot see any user and organization from Control panel->User and organization ->no listing of user and organization.
But I can add user,using add ..I cannot see and edit it .Search tab is also not working there..
I have attached one image that will clear the scenario. Please find the attachment.
Can anyone will help me, why i m not able to see the user and organization still it is present over there. And please tell me the solution to display it.

Hi All,
I am using Liferay 6.2 GA4.
And I am facing same problem and in my database (user_) table has already all that users but I can not see them in control pannel->Users And Organizations.

Must be an indexing issue. Go to Control panel -> server settings and "Reindex " the search indexes.

final statement is that "It appeared we had some problems with file permissions because after we tried running Liferay as root, I managed to reindex as you suggested and after that the Organizations all showed up"

after reindexing I faced some images are not getting displayed on website. Do you know how to get back user and organization without reindexing.

in liferay 7 
control panel -> configuration -> search -> Reindex com.liferay.portal.kernel.model.User -> execute.
