Problem with Social Office CSS detected (may be bug)

Hi,
I might have come across bug, but it may be in some part attributed to setup I am using. Our SO instance is hidden behind Apache's SSL proxy. Poor man's diagram of my setup is:

client ----> https://office.host.com (Apache, mod_ssl, mod_proxy) ---> http://localhost:8080 (Tomcat/SO)

From time to time I see that portal's pages are served without proper CSS styling. Fellow web-dev told me that he discovered through Firebug that "base" CSSes come empty then. Usually after couple of "clear cache", "Ctrl+F5" tricks problem goes away. Is it some known bug of SO beta? Has any of you had similar problem?

No, I did not, till now. Sorry for not looking this up before I asked. I'll try to do things mentioned there and report what works.

Marcin,

I can confirm that the properties described in that thread corrected the problem in my setup. However, I'm not using a proxy so you will likely experience something different.

Hey, Nick
I can confirm that setting theme.css.fast.load=false does not prevent this bug from happening. I'll try other suggestions.

Thanks for the update Marcin. I assume you're still using a proxy? Is the issue still present if you bypass the proxy?

Yes, I'm using proxy. Unfortunately, I have not checked with proxy disabled so I can't really tell.
