Hi Vladimir,

how are you? I am happy to see you here agin!

In order to start the translation files for both Serbian alphabets (if you still want to work on both), you can start the translation from this file: Language.properties (username: guest / password: )

You could create: sr_RS_la and sr_RS_cy ... right? or do you think another name would be better?

We don't need you to finish that file to make the first contribution, actually, I would recommend you that once we have around 200 keys we can include the translation and keep working from there.

So, can you let us know in this forum when you are ready to make your first contribution? I will help you with the next steps to follow afterwards.

Here I am, well I'm trying the best way to give my contribution to the translation Liferay keys to Serbian language and that both alphabets are supported. So, sr_RS Српски (Serbia) is currently default, although the state regulations should be some other variant. The codes that you sent are ok, sr_RS_cy Српски (Serbia, cy) and sr_RS_la Srpski (Serbia, la).

In next time, I will submit first version language properties of both variant.

Hi guys,

we now have the portal in pootle. Once Vladimir has the files ready and he makes the initial contribution through the properties files, we will maintain the translation using pootle.

Wow!! That's very impressive! Did you translate all this in one week?

Ok, all I need you to do now in order to accept your contribution is that you accept the contributions agreement. In order to do so, you should go to this page: LPS-17801 and click on the "Contribute Solution" button at the top (you may need to create an account if you don't have one).

After that, we will add the files to the portal, then will be reviewed and loaded in pootle. You should be able to start using pootle by the begining of next week emoticon

I will let you know when that happens.

Hi Julio, no way can not be all of these for few days to translate. emoticon

Anyway during for more of three years of my experience with the Liferay platform lot of keys I had translated and followed by versions. Everything else I translated via Google applications, so would need revision.

Yes, we should. The cyrilic version is already there and you should be able to update it. We had some problems with the latin one and pootle, but we are working on them and they should be fixed this week.

Hi Julio,

Serbian cyrilic slowly grow up. There is still a bit keys to examine. I have one question. When I want to export .properties file I get next error

Server Error

An error has occurred. Thank you for your patience.

Error accessing /var/www/Pootle/po/portal/Language_sr_RS.properties, Filesystem sent error: Permission denied

Hi Julio, how are you? I have prepared a new filo of Serbian Latin translation. In the Pootle I have not possibility to upload it. Cyrillic version is nearly completed, and made all revision by Pootle. Second, I want to change my Pootle screen name, how do that?
