11:20 PM LPS-33946 Clean up unnecessarily complex code, and make it much more straight forward, so that it is obvious what it is doing. Notice how much simpler it is now, and the parallels between getGroupIds and setGroupIds.

10:29 PM LPS-35419 In plugins, we use the full name, like getWSRPConsumer, but in core, to fit with legacy naming, we call it getMessage or getThread or getCategory, or in this case, getEntry vs getBTEntry. Yeah, it's inconsistent, but at least we are being consistently inconsistent.
