Anil Gaur is the Vice President of Server Technologies at Oracle in the Cloud Application Foundation Group. He is leading the development of WebLogic Server, GlassFish Server, and Java Platform, Enterprise Edition. He is leading the evolution on Java EE into Cloud/PaaS environment through the Java EE 7 standard. Prior to that, Mr. Gaur managed the delivery of Java EE 6 Platform and SDK which quickly gained momentum in enterprise application development and deployments. As the Director of Corporate Sales, Josh is responsible for business strategy execution and leads Liferay's North American sales team. Josh is responsible for establishing sales goals and processes for Liferay's worldwide offices while also leading the Account Management team to ensure Liferay's customers are successful.

Raymond Augé is a Senior Software Architect focused on feature development and innovation. Since joining Liferay in 2005, his goal has been to increase ease of development without compromising creativity. Recently, he has prototyped and placed into production, a remote publishing, workflow-driven staging implementation complete with in-context preview, page versionning, website branching and rapid data modeling for application development. Ken Boyer brings his background of over 10 years of experience developing large scale financial and logistic application systems at Fortune 50 companies.
After joining the company Ken has worked with enterprise clients to provide an understanding of Liferay features, architecture, configuration, and operation; as well as assist in their project and development efforts. Ken also assists clients with infrastructure and architectural issues, and develops proof of concept implementations. Julio is a Core Developer for Liferay Portal working from the office in Madrid. His work focuses mainly on user interface, accessibility and usability. He is also the main coordinator of the Liferay Translation Team and is an excellent teacher and has performed Liferay training courses throughout Spain. He also participates often as an Architectural Consultant for Liferay customers. Julio holds a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a master's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D in this field, focusing his research on web and intelligent techniques applied to disaster management response.

Nate Cavanaugh is the Director of User Interface Engineering for Liferay, in which he helps guide not only the interface for end user products, but also the interface for different development methodologies. Nate currently heads up Liferay's latest UI project, AlloyUI. He has a passion to help users at different levels to be more productive and get work done. He loves to create, whether it be beautiful interfaces, a piece of art, or just a small essay. He tends to be hyperbolic, and loves a good debate.

Chris has been a featured subject matter expert in various trade publications like InfoWorld, speaker and panelist for leading industry special interest groups like JA-SIG Consortium, and the Gilbane CMS Conference. Since joining the company in 2004, Brett has been the Lead Consultant on a variety of projects including the World Food Programme, Cisco Systems, and the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC). Brett specializes in end-to-end development, commonly leading the entire product lifecycle from the initial architecture and design, to the final release and subsequent support. His current experiences with Liferay integration involve working with Tomcat, Websphere, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, SAP, Stellent Integration, Siebel, and many others.

She came to Liferay in 2008 with 15 years of experience in the international retail software development arena. She also draws on her background in professional services at a leading enterprise eCommerce platform provider where she served as a production manager for a number of online and multichannel retailers such as Electronic Arts, Keds, Russel Stovers Candies, Bakers Shoes, Country Curtains, Garden Botanika, Illuminations, Cuddledown, and Sundance Catalog.
Cynthia is known for her passionate commitment to efficiency and visibility between teams while fully embracing the Agile Manifesto. A certified SCRUM Master, JIRA Ninja Black Belt, and a holder of a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, Cynthia is driven to identify the individual strengths of each team member and tasking them for maximum productivity within a team. Today, Mike is an integral part of the sales organization at Liferay, and has pushed the North America business forward by solidifying key strategic relationships.
