If I click on my logo it goes to the url http://localhost:8080/web/guest
But I want to only http://localhost:8080/

Please check Under Control panel-->portal settings-->Navigation part HOME URL

When you click on Site logo it will take you to the current site home page. And that's why its taking you to http://localhost:8080/web/guest (Home Page).
In case if you don't want your site friendly url part to be displayed in url, you can set virtual host for the same for public and private pages.
Just goto Control Panel --> your site --> Site Setttings --> Virtual Hosts.
