Global Scope question

I have two Sites in Liferay 6.1.1. I want to give a permission for Site Owner to Add Content to Global Scope in his/her Site so that the Asset Publisher in another Site can show that global scoped content.

Is this possible and how?

Yes, it's possible. In addition to the Site Owner role, give these users an additional regular role. For this regular role, add the permission to add content and limit the scope to the global scope.

thanks a lot it works would you please explain how limit it .in addition to ,Global it can edit other sites and it is not good.
