AlloyUI 1.5.x API display issue

Hi,

The api docs for version 1.5.x (the one used in Liferay 6.1, including 6.1 ga3 just released) does not display properly.

As this is not an issue with alloyui itself, should I still insert a ticket in Jira ?
Is there a way I can have these docs locally on my computer ?

PS: Chome shows the following issues:
