Custom Portlet

I am new to liferay and I need to develop a custom portlet in Liferay. The portlet should have the following fields and users should be able to customize the portlet to pick and choose the fields that they want to see and can remove the fields which they not required.

I am using Eclipse Kepler and Liferay 6.2 CE

any help would be appreciable.
