How do we do the same in 6.2 , it works in 6.1 , but 6.2 dockbar is changed a lot.
Just trying allow non-admin users to add portlets to page. we don't want enable entire dockbar for these users.

I have the same problem in my own theme where i have my own completely customized dockbar.
Were you able to find a way to do this?.
Is the pop up dialog add applications portly still available in 6.2?.
