Why users can change their country?

If I want my apps is not visible for a contry? Is that possible?

Hi Alex - You can designate which countries your app would be accessible in if it's a paid app. During the app upload process (when you specify pricing by countries), you can select the countries in which your app will be visible.

A potential buyer can change his/her country for various reasons. For instance, he can be a corporate purchaser that has authority to buy software for various regions (he may purchase for UK and Germany, for example). More simply, an individual may have moved to a different country.j
