can anyone tell me where to include the images and in which folder

Hi,

You can refer liferay docs to get information regarding Theme Creation.
Images should go in diffs/images folder of theme.

can u tell me where to include the images
is it inside _diffs or is it inside images folder
and can i put my whole images folder inside already existing images folder??

Hi arjun,
You can include images in many ways either in theme or portlet or document and media......
If it is in portlet create a folder under webapp and you can access images like

If you want to call images from theme(create a folder under \src\main\webapp\images and copy images) and fetch in jsp like

If you want to include images in theme----->create a theme and create a folder(your own folder) under images and paste it there
or just if you want to upload images to portal and trying to access in some webcontent add directly to document and media(Add DOCUMENTS AND MEDIA portlet).Create one folder and add images.You can call this images in webcontent.
