IE9 and IE 10 not loading page properly for PROD

Hi,

For one of my product(build on Liferay) IE9 and IE10 is not loading page properly for QC and PROD only , while QA and local is working fine.
The same is working fine for other browsers like firefox and Chrome fine for all the environment.
Can someone help me to resolve it and suggest why this is not loading PROD site on IE9 and IE10.
Though this is a sporadic issue for IE9 and IE10.

Already checked the compatibility view settings and other more options over IE in various blogs
Quick help will be appreciated.

Clear the cache on the browser. Compare QA against QC to identify if there are any server-side differences.
