Changes is no reflect to change favicon using custom theme

Hi,
I have problem while changing Favicon, I following all the 3 methods that was given in wiki,
but changes is not reflect. I using Liferay 6.2.
Please give me suggestion.

Check what http://host:port/your_theme/images/favicon.ico this url shows. Your old icon or new. Try refreshing browser.

Yes, I have checked http://host:port/your_theme/images/favicon.ico,
Its shows old icon. I refresh browser many times.
But changes is not reflect

So something wrong elsewhere.. browser cache. How about restarting the server once..

Did you deploy your changes?? just asking..

Now I checked http://host:port/your_theme/images/favicon.ico by many time refreshing, I got my expected Icon,
But the icon is not reflect on browser title bar.
Even if I clear history of browser.
