i am creating employ login portlet so i wana add new employe

can any one help me in adding new emplyee using existing portlet

hi i'm not sure to understand what do u mean by "adding new employee using existing portlet"
u can use login portlet and customize it using hook plugin

i mean Registraion module in liferay

you can create hook or ext to modifying login portlet. you can add and remove fileds from that portlet.

first check how much change require in your form comparing with liferay create user form..
If it have major change then its better to create new custom portlet otherwise create ext or hook
