Chrome - Strange image overlay on portlet's config icon

I'm trying to discover the mystery of a chrome issue for a 6.0 theme. (I looked at a 5.2 theme, and we didn't have an issue on that box)

I get this coil looking image over my configuration button in the portlet header: http://img696.imageshack.us/img696/2631/stupidoverlay.png
The actual image is supposed to be a standalone cog.

The reason I think it's part of Chrome itself is because it can't be tracked down in the inspector, AND when I resize the page (by doing control + mouse wheel up), that overlay icon stays the same size: http://img864.imageshack.us/img864/5898/stupidoverlaycloseup.png

I'm not asking for a solution. I'm asking if anyone else has this issue in Chrome on LR 6.0 (EE or CE please specify)

Thanks for the link. We're using 6.0.5 EE. Good eye.

Well, shoot. I think I've learned a lesson. Search issues.* FIRST.
I will mod our theme's CSS.
