Setting Logo in Community to logged-in users's organization

First: I am a liferay newbie, so forgive me if my question is obvious/silly. I am using Liferay 6.0 EE

I have a number of organizations that will need to access a single site, but will only see the data/content specific for their organization.

My thought is that I would create many organizations and a single community to serve up all of the pages of the application. I understand where I set the Community and Organization default logos but what I would really like to display in the community is he header logo of the user's logged in user's parent organization within the community.

Any suggestions or pointers in the right direction?
