User get no SO-profile

Dear friends,
I have a problem concerning the correct setup of a user. If I create a new user in LR-Portal, then somehow he does not get a SO-profile automatically. Please let me know which settings I have to change that a new user will automatically get a LRP-Profile as well as a SO-profile.

Hi Marco,

New users should be added to the social office users role.

Thx for your fast answer. Unfortenately, the way you described doesn't work. The created user now has the role, but still no SO-profile . Any other proposals? ;)
