Document Library problem

Hi,

I'm updating from version 5.2.3 to 6.0.5. And I have the following problem:

The version of Documents document_library is stored in the database of version 5.2.3 with ',' ie, 1,1 1,2 ...

In version 6.0.5, version of the documents are stored with "." 1.1 1.2

When updating the database 5.2.3 to 6.0.5, it retains the character ',' in versions of the document. So when starting the portal updated to version 6.0.5, can not find the documents. Throwing an exception:

com.liferay.documentlibrary.NoSuchFileException: D: \ liferay-portal-6.0.5 \ data \ document_library \ 1 \ 13303 \ 548 \ 1,1
