Optimum IDE for Liferay Development

Greetings

I recently checked the difference between creating a project through Command Line than creating it through Netbeans.
The structure of the folders where totally different. Does this difference affect the performance of my project ( Do i carry irrelevant folders and files that i will never use in my Liferay Project, thus affecting its performance)?

Finally, which IDE do you suggest as being the optimum for developing Liferay Projects (except Liferay Developer Studio in EE)?

Eclipse or Netbeans?

Thanks in advance!

I'd order them as follows:

1. Liferay Developer Studio
2. Liferay IDE
3. Other (IntelliJ or NetBeans).

Greg does a lot of good stuff integrating Liferay development and Eclipse, the functionality that is lacking in the other IDEs.
