Custom Asset Guest select Categories empty

Hi everyone,

I need some advice about categories management.
We have created a form to allow guests to register and select the categories for the registration from site . There are vocabularies associated to site i view the vocabulary but when guests clic the "Select" button on a vocabulary the list of categories is empty.
How i can do this .
Can someone help me

In the Control Panel, select the Vocab you have defined, check the permission on the Vocab and the Categories. It should have view Permissions for Guest (default is not visible to guest)

I have assigned the view permission to guest but i can't see the categories as guest user.

I can see the Vocab and the Vocab dont have the VIEW permission . I attach the problem and whta i get
