error in creating the ext environment

Hello Friends..
I am working on the healthcare project.
So i am using the following packages & libraries for developement environment.
1) Liferay Portal 5.2.3
2) Eclipse 3.2
3) Application server: Tomcat 6.0
i have downloaded the plugins & source code of the Liferay Portal.
My directory structure for the ext environment.
is C:\liferay-portal-5.2.3\ext
I have also referrred the article

but when creating the EXT environment for the Eclipse 3.2
It shows the error that buid.xml does not exist
i don't get what happened with that ext environment.
So please tell me the solution..its urgent
