View journal article in another web content

Hello

i created a custom web content list for our news
which follow specific custom structure
it show just 5 news title and preview for every news
and a read more link

when click the read more link it shows the article in the same web content portlet
what im looking for is that when click the read more link
it show the full article in a web content portlet in another page
ist possible to do that

how can i override the read more link to link to another
web content portlet in another page and view the full article?

i found it but for asset publisher but it works fine
