change color scheme for all pages of group

Hi all,
i am trying to apply color scheme of the current theme of all pages by processAction. code is ......

LayoutSetServiceUtil.updateLookAndFeel(themeDisplay.getScopeGroupId(), false, themeDisplay.getThemeId(), cs.getColorSchemeId(), "", false);


problem is it's effect all other page but not on welcome page it's take blue color scheme only.
