Change portal context root on GlassFish 3.1.1 (Windows)

Hi,
I had GlassFish 3.1.1 installed on a Windows 2003 machine, and I was able to install Liferay 6.1 using the files from the dependencies .zip and deploying the .war file (i.e., so I didn't use a bundle).
However, I need to have the context root for Liferay as something other than "/" (this is a test GF instance).
So, I've undeployed Liferay, and have been trying research what I need to do next.
I've seen info that I have to both modify a "portal-ext.properties" file and when I deploy the WAR, use the context that I want (/portal), but I can't find the .properties file anywhere on my system?
So, can anyone tell me how I can go about re-deploying Liferay, but this time, so that it lives in the "/portal" context root?
Thanks,
Jim
