Web content search and replace

I could use an integrated Web Content find and replace portlet. Limited to a site or a organization much like the web content portlet would be useful. It would also be important to update the modified date and version.

That would be very nice. Would like "Advanced" option to allow regular expression.

This would be very easy to create too.
