Different auto-emails from different organizations?

We have several organizations (with sub-organizations) created on our Liferay system, is there a option to send different customized automatic emails from different organizations to their members?

It's possible to create different Liferay instance for each organization and set mail on each instance's portal settings.

If you just want to use single Liferay instance, you'll have to modify/create your own portlet. I'm doing this approach.
