Do we have any tips to increase the performance (speed ) of the IDE. Even for 4GB RAM, I am facing the same.

Which processor are you using? I think the performance of IDE is more of eclipse issue that then IDE plugin issue. Which eclipse parameters are you setting?

You can set the VM Parameter in the IDE.
The below is the parameter for my IDE. You can increase -Xmx according to your requirement
-Xms<size> set initial Java heap size
-Xmx<size> set maximum Java heap size
-Xss<size> set java thread stack size
