Liferay Sync : Installation error

Hi,
I want to evaluate the last version of liferay sync on an windows 7 virtual machine.

The virtual machine have not an internet access.

I downloaded
1- the last version of liferay sync
2- the jre-6u30-windows-x64 et
3- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable - 10.0.30319

First, I pasted the jre and the MV C++ executable file into the installation folder and I execute the Sync installation file: jre is installed correctly but not the MV C++ . this message appear => unable to download C++

Next, I installed MV C++ manually and I tried to re-execute the liferay sync installation file. I have the same error message.

Is it possible to install liferay without internet access?
