Marketplace is temporarily unavailable

Regards,
Marketplace both Control Panel and from the liferay website indicates the error "Marketplace is temporarily unavailable".
No plugins list or not enter at all.
I use Liferay 6.1 cga2.
It will be a general problem of marketplace, liferay several facilities is the same

This behavior can not see the plugins in the Control Panel, then you can not install plugins.
Neither can access the marketplace website.

Create a new user marketplace.
The marketplace store list in the Control Panel is blank.
