User Account Deletion

Hello, I am using liferay 6.1 CE version. I would like to know if a user account was deleted from the portal, is there a way to tell or know who deleted that user account?

No. You need auditing for that.

Auditing is an add on for EE, and is not available for CE.

Note that only admins can delete users, and you should have only a handful of them, so it will be easy to just ask them who did it.
