Liferay DB change

Hi Guys....
by default liferay works with Hyposonic DB....but I want to Overide that DB to MySQL DB....can u suggest me the file where i can overide that to mysql

Place portal-ext.properties with database related properties parallel to tomcat folder or in /webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/ and restart the server.

You can find database related property keys in source code portal-impl/src/portal.properties.

Hi ,
With the extend of previous post,open the portal.properties file-> search
for db connection for respective db,i.e,mysql,oracle etc->copy the code
from there, and paste it in the portal-ext.properties file->provide the
uname/pwd.then restart ur server.chk ur console->as chkpoint,it will show
ur mysql db connection or nt.place the file either of two above mentioned
path.
