Language Sprite - Inverted colors

Hi

I have a little question.
We are using the language portlet with the flags.

The colors of some flags seems to be inverted. E.g. the german flag.
When i open the generated sprite file (/customer-theme/sprite/images/language/_sprite.png), the colors there were also inverted.

But when i open the single file of the german flag (which is using for generate the sprite) the colors are okay.
Have a look at the attachments...

Do you have any ideas, how to solve this issue?

Is the unique solution for this issue UPGRADING to 6.4 version??? Is there any other way to solve it in 6.3??

Yes, upgrading would be the best option.
