How hard it is to buy an Enterprise Edition subscription!?!?

Hi everybody, i want to tell you a story about me tried to buy an Enterprise Edition subscription:

Day 1:
Me:hey boss, Liferay is great but EE version is better than great. Pls buy!
Boss: Fine, budget approved. Go ahead.

Day 2:
Me: Hi Liferay. Let me know how to buy an EE subscription.
Mr.Sang Baek: We appreciate your interest in Liferay! blah blah blah ...
Me: I want to buy just 1 subscription for just 1 server in just 1 year blah blah blah ...

Day 3:
<No response>

Day 4:
<No response>

Day 5:
<No response>
Boss: hey man, how's the EE subscription going?
Me: Dear boss, they wont sell it for that small ammount ...

And i guess i will never get a reply. Anybody was in the same situation as me? What did you do?

Me: I want to buy just 1 subscription for just 1 server in just 1 year blah blah blah ...

That's where you problem is!!! Tell them you are planning on buying 200 subscriptions for your 100 servers, but tell them that you just want to start with 1 subscription on 1 server to start with.

Yeah, i knew that. But the point is the way they offer that service. Liferay portal is so professional. I wonder if i buy 10 subscriptions now - to be considered as a not "small customer", 6 months later their business grow and all 10-subscription customer are re-considered as "small" and will be ignored again.

Who knows how big my system will be but my boss is definitely not happy now. And i'm finding other alternative. eXo Platform?

Wow Van, you got a reply from Brian, the person who started Liferay.
I don't think there are many other companies who'll have the founder reply to an order complaint.
