how to implement one time password with liferay 6

when the user login with the login portlets i don't want the menu to show untill a one time password is used before the user can be alone to do anything.How do i implement this.

i want a second level login after you login with the login portlets i.e second level authetication

Can't you just check "Change Required:" in password policy?
