Valamis features

I discovered this amazing elearning platform and at the same I was unable to find a specific documentation.

I saw it is SCORM compatible and I'm going to try it because we think it can fit to our need. But some things are extremely necessary for our purposes :

- timed quizzes
- obligatory or multiple way paths between questions (you shouldn't be able to jump from one question to another without answer)
- students cannot do the same quiz twice unless the teacher permits it.

It's possible to achieve all or some of these operations inside Valamis without importing an external SCORM ?

Thanks for your feedback!

Valamis supports SCORM 1.2, 2004 3rd and 4th edition standards. Also it supports new Tin Can API 1.0, which has now been renamed to Experience API (xAPI) by standardization organization ADL.

All these features you mention are within SCORM standard scope, but you need to implement them with your external SCORM content authoring tool.

Valamis has question management and quiz editor, which you can use to author SCORM modules. Saying that, Valamis Quiz editor does not yet support progressive testing or retesting. This is something we will be looking in to in the future versions.
