Unable to get property 'all' of undefined or null reference

I am using Liferay 6.1 portal for my project.

I notice a strange JS error thrown in IE explorer console from everything.jsp


SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'all' of undefined or null reference
File: everything.jsp, Line: 1, Column: 8403


The errror is thrown every time user clicks on the portal. I am not able to track the cause of this. Please help.

Is it just happening on IE or you have the same problem on Chrome or Firefox??Which version of IE are you using!!!!

Sorry for replying late.

It is actually happening for all browser.

For IE, it showed up in both IE10 and IE 11.
