Can you elaborate a bit more? I don't understand what you're trying to achieve. You can have anything in portal_normal.vm - in fact, it already contains the <html> and </html> markup. And for your iframe you'd typically only have an <iframe /> tag with the URL of your audio player, no more <html>...</html>, right?
