Tomcat throws unexpected startup exception for Liferay Social Office

Hi All,
When i start the Liferay social office, it is running fine, but it throws the following exception:

Aug 16, 2011 9:21:43 AM org.apache.tomcat.util.net.NioEndpoint setSocketOptions
SEVERE:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.apache.tomcat.util.net.NioEndpoint.setSocketOptions(NioEndpoint.java:1011)
at org.apache.tomcat.util.net.NioEndpoint$Acceptor.run(NioEndpoint.java:1204)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)

When i googled about it, i found a link which said this particular issue was fixed. Please check thew below link out:
Tomcat 6.0.18 throws unexpected startup exception

But it doesn't seem to be fixed. Chrome is my default browser.
