Changing Localization Text

Junior Member Postagens: 69 Data de Entrada: 15/11/10 Postagens Recentes
Hi.
We're using the Message Board but trying to rename a few things. But i can't really figure out where i have to put the text that should replace some others.

For example, instead of "Post new Thread" i would like to have it as "Open new Thread" as well as other changes, but I can't find any localization files and even if I found them, i probably woudn't know how to define that this specific button should be renamed...

Can anyone help me?

Just create a Language_en-ext.properties file with key - message pairs and save it to ROOT\WEB-INF\classes\content folder. You'll have to create the content folder.

For further information, look below.
http://www.liferay.com/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/Languagedisplay+customization

Default key and messages values can be found below:
https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/blob/master/portal-impl/src/content/Language.properties
