Coach Brings a Digital Platform to Employees Worldwide

But employees' inability to hunt down the right content and documents, among other things, was hindering efficiency. With Liferay, Coach was able to create a digital intranet experience that was mobile friendly, enabled search and employee self service, cut development costs and set the foundation for additional digital advancement in the future, such as increased personalization. Employees access from one place company news, messages from the CEO, information about business strategy, company earnings and more. The new site has led to an efficient use of content across business units, geographies and languages. Coachweb is now used by all Coach employees worldwide.
